These terms govern the Clapsio website and studio. Whatalead is your contracting party; Clapsio is the product name. Order terms presented at purchase supplement these terms for the relevant commercial matters.
What Clapsio does
Clapsio helps turn a website and user-provided material into video: analysis, script preparation, voice, visual composition, rendering, edits and downloads. Features may depend on available options, credits, duration and displayed limits. AI assistance does not replace human review of the output.
Access and your account
You must be an adult, provide a valid email address and, where relevant, have authority to act for your business. You can sign in with an email code or Google when enabled. You are responsible for protecting your email and Google accounts and for operations you authorize.
Do not share sign-in codes and report suspected unauthorized access promptly. These terms and the privacy policy are presented at sign-up. Google sign-in uses basic identity only; no calendar or mailbox is required.
Your content and associated rights
You retain the rights you hold in your scripts, brands, images, recordings and other sources. You authorize Whatalead and its providers to host, analyze and transform those sources as necessary to deliver the creations you request.
You must hold the necessary rights and permissions for submitted websites, brands, voices, people’s likenesses and uploaded files. Do not submit secrets, sensitive personal data or third-party data without necessity and authorization. Third-party asset licences still apply.
You may use generated files to the extent allowed by the rights in your sources and included elements. We do not guarantee exclusive AI outputs or copyright protection for every result. Check claims, rights and advertising compliance before publication.
Trials, credits and purchases
The trial is subject to the terms and duration displayed when activated. Account, email, device and network checks prevent repeated trials; shared networks may affect eligibility. Circumventing these limits, abusive automation or creating accounts to evade them is prohibited.
The studio shows an estimate before paid operations. Required credits are reserved and usage is reconciled against processing performed. Unused reserved amounts are released under the service rules; an incident may leave completed processing chargeable. Prices, taxes, subscription periods and cancellation terms are those displayed at checkout.
Send refund requests or disputes to support@whatalead.com. These terms do not remove mandatory statutory rights, including consumer rights where applicable. Continuing to browse does not waive a statutory withdrawal right.
Public gallery
Publication is optional for each project. Enabling it authorizes Whatalead to show the finished videos and their title in the Clapsio gallery until you withdraw that choice. Source files and drafts are not published. Withdrawal stops new gallery access but does not remove third-party copies.
Prohibited uses
Do not infringe others’ rights, create unlawful content, impersonate someone, commit deception or fraud, or distribute a voice or likeness imitation without the necessary permission. Circumventing security, accessing another account’s data or disrupting the service is prohibited.
Availability and responsibility
Rendering times depend on the processing queue and providers. Whatalead may carry out maintenance or suspend a feature to address an incident. We do not guarantee commercial results, search rankings or error-free AI creations.
Whatalead remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law. You remain responsible for your instructions, content rights and publication decisions. No term limits liability where the law prohibits doing so.
Ending use and changes
You can stop using the service and request account deletion from support. Signing out or revoking Google does not cancel a subscription: use subscription management or contact us. Download files you want to keep before requesting deletion.
Whatalead may proportionately restrict access in response to abuse, security threats or breaches of these terms. Material changes will be announced in the service or by email. Statutory retention obligations still apply after account closure.
Contact and applicable law
For support, personal data requests or complaints, contact support@whatalead.com and include Clapsio and your account address. French law applies, subject to mandatory protections available to users. We prefer to seek an amicable resolution; otherwise, jurisdiction is determined by the applicable rules.
